Aishwarya Rai spoke out about street harassment in a recent video shared on Instagram.
The video is part of a new campaign by L'Oréal Paris, for which Aishwarya is the brand ambassador.
In the video, Aishwarya advises people on how to deal with street harassment.
She says, “If someone harasses you, don’t avoid eye contact.” She encourages looking them in the eyes and holding your head high.
She also emphasises that your worth isn’t determined by your clothes or makeup.
Aishwarya reminds everyone that street harassment is never your fault.
She asked her followers to join L'Oréal's program to fight against street harassment and shared her message on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
Her message was, “We’re all worth it.”

Aishwarya’s latest film is *Ponniyin Selvan 2*, directed by Mani Ratnam. She won the Best Actress award at the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in Dubai for her role in the film.
